Delete your data

How to request deletion

• Email gokhan@cinemus.ai with the subject “Delete my StyleLens data”.
• Tell us roughly when you used the app and on which device (iPhone/iPad or Android), and include any purchase receipt, so we can find your data.
• We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• The photos, text and other content you uploaded, and the results generated from them.
• Usage data linked to you.

What may be kept

• Purchase and invoice records we must keep under tax and accounting law, for the legally required period.
• Aggregated or anonymized statistics that no longer identify you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account first; see Support.
